YXS Capital is hiring a Director of Portfolio Operations to lead value creation across its portfolio. This is an execution-focused role working directly with founders to drive growth, revenue opportunities, and operational scaling.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio value creation: Support portfolio companies on growth initiatives, go-to-market strategy, revenue expansion, and operational improvements.
- Strategic partnerships and revenue enablement: Use YXS Capital's network to facilitate enterprise, government, and strategic partnerships.
- Operational scaling: Support founders across hiring, processes, and organizational development.
- Portfolio monitoring: Track company performance across revenue growth and operational KPIs.
- Cross-portfolio initiatives: Share best practices, leverage network effects, and support collaboration between companies.
- Contribute across the firm on operational, strategic, and internal initiatives.
What they are looking for
- 8+ years in consulting, operating roles, venture capital platform teams, or high-growth startups.
- Experience working directly with founders preferred.
- Strong execution capability in fast-moving environments.
- Commercial judgment across revenue growth, partnerships, or strategic initiatives.
- Clear communication with founders, operators, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong interest in technology, startups, and value creation within a venture environment.
