Role
We're hiring a high-agency operator to work directly with a General Partner across the investment and company-formation lifecycle. The role demands fluidity between executive-level judgment and hands-on execution, from pressure-testing pitch decks to arranging logistics.
Responsibilities
- Develop the investment screening and diligence pipeline
- Operate the Signal program for early-stage company development
- Create portfolio-wide leverage products (credit access, infrastructure programs)
- Provide substantive support to portfolio companies on business plans and positioning
- Manage cap table and formation coordination
- Execute general partner operations and scheduling
Requirements
- Exceptional organisation, detail-obsession, and speed (a high-throughput operator)
- Resourcefulness with tools, commercial/analytical instincts, and systems thinking
- Discretion with sensitive information and strong written communication
- Comfort with venture studio pace and ambiguity
Preferred
Venture capital, venture studio operations, startup operations, investment banking, management consulting, or early-stage founder experience. This role is in-person, five days per week, in San Francisco.
