About Plug and Play Japan
Plug and Play is a global accelerator and venture platform connecting startups, enterprises, investors, and government bodies across 60+ locations worldwide. This role supports innovation in the Deeptech domain - science and engineering-based advanced technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovation strategies for large corporate partners
- Facilitate open innovation collaborations between enterprises and startups
- Support new business creation initiatives
- Conduct startup sourcing, trend analysis, and partnership evaluation; create insight reports
- Organize accelerator program events and demos; build ecosystem networks
Requirements
- 3+ years of account management experience
- Logical thinking and a technical background (science/engineering, or experience in semiconductors, materials chemistry, or electronics)
- Business-level Japanese and English
- Bachelor's degree minimum
Hybrid (3 office days/week, remote available), Tokyo HQ or Kyoto office. Base + bonus with twice-yearly raises; 3-month trial period.
