This role supports open innovation in the insurance sector through large-enterprise partnerships and startup acceleration programs.
Responsibilities
- Large enterprise partner innovation support: strategy formulation, open innovation facilitation, new business creation, partner acquisition
- Accelerator program operations: startup mentoring, event planning, partner matching
- Startup sourcing & trend research: startup prospecting, trend analysis, insight reporting
- Ecosystem development: network building and ad-hoc projects
Required qualifications
- Advanced business-level Japanese and English
- Insurance / finance industry experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred qualifications
- Consulting / account management experience (2+ years)
- Startup exposure
- New business launch experience
- Project / team management experience
- International experience
Work details
- Hours: 8:30–17:30 (1-hour break)
- Hybrid: remote available, 3 days/week in office
- Indefinite-term contract; 3-month probation
