About Plug and Play Japan
Plug and Play is a global accelerator and venture platform connecting startups, enterprises, investors, and government bodies across 60+ locations worldwide. This role is with Plug and Play Japan, based in Tokyo.
The role (AI domain)
Support innovation initiatives across two areas: large-enterprise partner services and accelerator program operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovation strategy, facilitate open innovation, and support new business creation for large corporate partners
- Operate accelerator programs and mentor startups (regular consultation, event planning, partnership coordination)
- Startup sourcing, trend analysis, and ecosystem networking
Requirements
- Advanced business-level Japanese and English
- Minimum 2 years of consulting/account management experience
- Practical AI domain expertise
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Hybrid (3 office days/week), Tokyo (Shibuya). Base + bonus with semi-annual raises; annual ¥50,000 professional development support.
