Responsibilities
- ディープテックスタートアップのソーシング、評価、投資実行 (sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in deep tech startups)
- Support for researchers pre-entrepreneurship including incubation and team building
- Hands-on portfolio company support across strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and organization
- Exit strategy planning and execution for IPOs and M&A
Required Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for commercializing research from national universities
- 3+ years in venture capital, investment banking, corporate R&D, new business development, or strategy consulting
Preferred
Natural science undergraduate or graduate degree.
Compensation
¥5.75M – ¥12M annually (based on ability, experience, and age per company policy). Flexible time system, 6-month trial period.
