Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a proprietary pipeline of Series A opportunities in industrial technology
- Develop investment theses
- Conduct commercial and technical diligence
- Manage founder relationships
- Support portfolio companies
- Represent the firm at industry events
Required
- 3–8 years in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, or operating roles
- Demonstrated startup passion
- Ability to evaluate technical products
- Financial modeling experience
- Proven relationship-building skills
- Strong communication abilities
Preferred
- Prior hardware / manufacturing / logistics operating experience
- Technical background
- Existing industrial startup ecosystem network
- Lean fund experience
