Goanna Capital is a West Palm Beach-based venture capital firm founded in 2020 that invests in generationally important private technology companies globally. The firm employs two complementary strategies: Direct Private Technology (Series B through pre-IPO) and GP-Led Secondaries. Portfolio companies include xAI, Harvey, Anthropic, SpaceX, Figma, and CoreWeave.
Role Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst will support fundraising and LP relationship management across the firm's funds and co-investment vehicles. This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Palm Beach, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive LP outreach and fundraising across funds and co-investments, including prospect sequencing, CRM management, DDQ responses, and closing materials
- Manage investor communications including quarterly letters and portfolio updates
- Develop pitch decks, co-investment memos, and track record materials
- Operate the IR function covering capital calls, distributions, KYC/KYB processes, and documentation
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting investor materials and interacting with institutional stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent processes independently
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to relocate to West Palm Beach, FL (mandatory)
