Role Description
The IR Analyst is a full-time role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid working model that allows for some work from home. The role involves supporting investor relations activities, including preparing fundraising and reporting materials, maintaining investor databases, and assisting with due diligence requests. The IR Analyst will help coordinate investor meetings and events, compile performance and impact data, and contribute to presentations and communications that clearly explain the firm's strategy and portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with investment and operations teams, drafting and refining written materials, tracking market and investor developments, and ensuring all communications are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis, data interpretation, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise investor materials and presentations.
- Solid organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple deadlines and coordinating stakeholder inputs.
- Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and relevant analytics platforms).
- Understanding of private equity, growth equity, or institutional investing; experience in investor relations, finance, or consulting is an advantage.
- Genuine interest in climate-tech, sustainability, and impact investing, with the ability to articulate these themes to external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment and to operate independently when needed.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
