The role
We are looking for a Fundraising & Investor Relations Associate to join our Paris office. Working directly with the Director of Investor Relations and the CEO, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's fundraising, investor relations and business development efforts. You will work closely with family offices, private banks, wealth managers and institutional investors across Europe and internationally.
This is a particularly exciting time to join the firm as we are actively raising our latest flagship fund while working on numerous co-investment opportunities alongside leading global investors. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to senior investors and contribute to the continued growth of a leading venture capital platform.
Key responsibilities
- Support fundraising and business development initiatives across target markets
- Identify, engage and develop relationships with prospective investors
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows and events
- Prepare investor presentations, fundraising materials and reporting
- Manage CRM activity and fundraising pipeline tracking
- Support investor due diligence processes, including DDQs, data requests and subscription documentation
- Support the execution of co-investment opportunities and related investor communications
- Contribute to strategic projects alongside the firm's leadership team
Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, business development, private equity, venture capital, asset management, investment banking or related financial services
- Strong understanding of private markets and financial markets
- Experience managing CRM tools and fundraising pipelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and highly organized
- Fluent in English and French; any additional language is a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and internationally
