Key responsibilities
- Source and recruit exceptional talent for portfolio companies across functions and seniority levels
- Identify future founders from diverse backgrounds (biotech, marketing, engineering, and beyond)
- Build a knowledge base on hiring practices, compensation benchmarks, and organisational scaling
- Support founders with talent-focused strategy and business understanding
- Develop AI-powered tools and processes for venture development
Required qualifications
- Talent identification expertise and venture building experience
- Background in a high-performing startup environment
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Marketing, Finance, BioTech, or Engineering preferred)
- Fluent English required; German advantageous
- Self-management skills and proven excellence in demanding roles
Collaboration
Work closely with Studio/Investment teams, portfolio founders, and external venture development partners.
