Key Responsibilities
- Source promising pre-seed startups through multiple channels
- Conduct independent screening calls with startup founders
- Manage incoming startup applications and stakeholder communication
- Shepherd startups through the complete investment lifecycle
- Attend Investment Committee meetings
- Produce research deep dives on relevant topics
- Support investor relations initiatives
- Assist with portfolio company activities
Requirements
- Strong academic background in economics, technology, or related fields with startup experience
- Advanced analytical abilities and consistent high performance
- Ability to work independently on ambitious initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills with founders and team members
- Genuine passion for startups and venture capital
- Full working proficiency in German and English is required
