The role
As Chief of Staff (the CEO's right hand), you'll support the CEO across executive coordination, administrative and financial oversight, cross-functional project leadership, and team liaison.
Responsibilities
- Track decisions from management meetings and boards
- Manage team rituals and prepare strategic materials
- Oversee budget construction and monthly monitoring; coordinate accounting matters
- Conduct strategic initiatives and track OKRs/KPIs
- Identify organizational blockers
Requirements
- Bac+5 from a top institution with 1-3 years in strategy consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or startup operations
- Strong synthesis ability, excellent communication, project management, and financial acumen
- Impeccable writing; discretion, trustworthiness, curiosity, and exceptional organization
CDI (permanent), Paris. Compensation based on profile, with 10-15% variable tied to objectives.
