Working with Startups
- Source Pre-seed, Seed, and Series A startups for investment opportunities
- Assess startup technology and industry potential
- Mentor portfolio companies on scaling and fundraising
- Build investor networks to support startups
Working with Corporations
- Conduct market and technology research on industry trends
- Identify emerging solutions aligned with corporate partner needs
- Support demo days and mentor sessions
- Evaluate startup performance using data-driven methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in startup environment or private finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Government, military, or defense contractor background
- Aerospace and defense industry network
- Experience engaging diverse stakeholders
