The Role
The Associate will support active deals through the investment process by conducting due diligence, financial analysis, deal sourcing, and market research, while managing portfolio tools and building relationships with founders and investors. Additional locations include Austin, Denver, and El Segundo.
Responsibilities
- Manage investment opportunities through the due diligence process
- Conduct financial analysis and company valuation
- Source new deal opportunities and develop founder and investor relationships
- Perform market research to inform investment theses
- Manage portfolio tracking tools and reporting
- Coordinate with internal Booz Allen stakeholders on strategic alignment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or tech
- Financial modeling and valuation experience
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate technology companies
- Bachelor's degree
