## About Lever VC

## Role description
You'll source deals through outbound networking and conferences, lead investment diligence (company calls, competitive analysis, and technology assessment), support portfolio companies with strategic guidance and fundraising, and contribute sector research and thought leadership.
## Requirements - Associate
- 2+ years in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, or a startup leadership role
- Financial modeling, research, strong communication, and organisational skills
- Demonstrated passion for food systems or sustainability
## Requirements - Senior Associate
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- A track record of independently sourcing and leading due diligence
- An established network within food-ag venture ecosystems and deep packaged-foods sector expertise are a plus
