The Role
Oversee HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Develop HR strategies and policies, act as advisor to leadership, and ensure organizational alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Performance management and employee development proficiency
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities
- HR team leadership capability
- Change management experience
- HRIS and data analysis proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's or certification preferred)
- Previous HR management experience in dynamic / global settings
