About the role
The Investment Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors, managing communications, reporting, and fundraising activities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for investors, handling regular updates, queries, and information requests
- Prepare investor presentations, quarterly reports, fund performance summaries, and communication materials
- Coordinate investor meetings and events; manage data rooms
- Support fundraising activities and roadshows
- Collaborate with investment and finance teams to analyze portfolio performance
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to all stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Strong foundation in finance, investments, and financial modeling
- Proficiency in investor relations and managing investor communications
- Advanced analytical skills for financial data and portfolio metrics
- Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, or asset management preferred
- CFA, CA, or similar certification is an advantage
