Role Overview
We are looking for an Investor Relations Associate (0–1 years of exp) to join our team in Gurgaon.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly proactive, well-networked, and comfortable with outreach. You will work closely with the core team on investor engagement, partnerships, and supporting fundraising efforts for both portfolio companies and PedalStart's upcoming AIF.
What You'll Do
- Drive outbound outreach to Family Offices, HNIs, and Venture Capital firms to support fundraising for PedalStart's portfolio companies
- Build and nurture relationships with new ecosystem partners, including communities, sponsors, and strategic collaborators, and co-create high-quality engagements with them
- Track funding activity, active investors, and emerging sector trends, and share actionable insights with the team to help shape new investment theses
- Support ongoing efforts towards building PedalStart's investor network and AIF fund
Who Should Apply
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers are welcome)
- Actively involved in college clubs such as E-Cell, Placement Cell, or similar leadership roles
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, networking, or partnerships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action and ability to execute independently
- Keen interest in startups, venture capital, and early-stage investing

Compensation & Work Details
- CTC: INR 4-5 LPA
- Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week
