Antler is seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to manage the operational backbone of Antler's fund structures, overseeing end-to-end fund administration, financial reporting, and compliance across global vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Manage fund operations and administration across global investment vehicles
- Oversee investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and payments
- Lead financial reporting cycles and regulatory submissions
- Manage budget and vendor oversight
- Support compliance and governance across fund structures
Requirements
- 4–5+ years in fund operations, administration, or investment management
- Experience with end-to-end fund processes
- Strong fund accounting and reporting knowledge
- EU/Luxembourg regulatory familiarity preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Interest in venture capital and startups
