We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Operations Analyst to support our fund operations, reporting, portfolio monitoring, and investor-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day fund operations, investment administration, and portfolio monitoring
• Prepare fund reports, investor materials, financial analysis, and management presentations
• Maintain investment records, cap tables, portfolio data, and fund documentation
• Monitor capital calls, distributions, management fees, and fund cash flows
• Support tax administration, tax reporting, and coordination with external tax consultants
• Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, legal counsel, tax advisors, and portfolio companies
• Support audit, valuation, compliance, fundraising, and due diligence processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Management, Tax, or related fields
• 1+ year of experience in fund operations, audit, accounting, tax, corporate finance, VC, PE, or related fields
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and strong academic backgrounds are welcome
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and basic tax administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting, and data management
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in venture capital, startups, and the technology ecosystem
