Chicago:Blend is a Midwest VC community initiative working to expand access to venture capital careers.
## Program
The Chicago:Blend Venture Fellowship is a four-month program combining peer learning, real-world experience, and industry exposure. Fellows are placed at a local VC firm and work on authentic tasks including deal sourcing and diligence evaluation.
