The Role
Join Sorenson Impact's venture investing and student training initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new investments, leading due diligence, and preparing investment materials while simultaneously training and mentoring student interns in the program.
Core Responsibilities
- Mentor student cohorts through investment analysis
- Conduct early-stage venture due diligence
- Manage portfolio relationships
- Build industry connections
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with up to 2 years of related experience, or a master's degree
- Preferred: 4+ years in venture capital, private equity, or investment management
- Teaching / mentorship capability
- Strong financial modeling expertise
Compensation
$75,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience). Full-time, benefited staff.
