Role Summary
The position involves designing legal infrastructure for Infra One's US platform. Key duties include drafting fund documentation templates (LPAs, PPMs, Reg D filings), advising on fund structuring, managing GP onboarding, and serving as a strategic partner to the MD on market entry, regulatory positioning, and deal structuring.
Key Qualifications
- 10–18 years of experience in investment fund law, private equity structuring, or venture capital law
- Expertise in Delaware partnerships, fund documentation, and Reg D compliance
- Business acumen with ability to communicate legal concepts to non-lawyer stakeholders
Logistics
Remote (United States) with preferred US timezone overlap to San Francisco HQ.
Compensation
- $220,000 – $320,000 base + 25% bonus
- Equity of 0.15% – 0.35% (TBD)
