Role Description

The Senior Investor Relations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role manages relationships with current and prospective investors, prepares investor communications and reporting materials, and responds to inquiries with timely, accurate information. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting quarterly updates and fund reports, maintaining investor databases and CRM systems, supporting fundraising activities, and coordinating investor meetings and events.

The associate will collaborate with investment and operations teams to synthesize portfolio performance, market insights, and firm strategy into clear narratives for institutional and individual investors. The role also involves supporting due diligence processes, preparing presentation materials, and contributing to the continuous improvement of investor relations processes and standards.

Qualifications

Strong investor-facing capabilities, including minimum 3-5 year experience in Investor Relations and Communication skills for managing relationships and delivering clear, concise updates. Robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, portfolio performance, and market trends, and translate them into meaningful insights for investors. Foundational knowledge in Investments and Private Equity, including familiarity with fund structures, capital calls, distributions, and key performance metrics. Ability to prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and written materials; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and investor CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are an advantage. Experience in venture capital, private equity, asset management, or related financial services roles is highly beneficial. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a global, cross-cultural mindset.
