Responsibilities
• Develop and implement an AI Mentor/Agent using the company's 50-100 GB entrepreneurship data to support program scaling goals,
• Contribute to achieving the goal of supporting 500-1000 startups annually without increasing program headcount
• Contribute to the long-term project of consolidating approximately five external systems into a single in-house platform
Required Skills
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency with Python, React, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Understanding of RAG and willing to learn new technologies, including performing deep dives into areas required for the AI agent (e.g., vector databases, leveraging models with tools like LangChain)
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is a nice-to-have
• Ideally, a BSc in Computer Science or Software Engineering
