G Squared is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join our Finance & Operations team. This role supports a rapidly growing global venture capital platform investing in category leading technology companies. You’ll work closely with fund finance, legal, research, and investor relations to ensure accurate, timely reporting and world class operational execution.
Responsibilities
Oversee third party administrators in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual fund reporting including financial statements, capital account statements, footnotes, waterfall calculations, and performance metrics
Manage and monitor fund level cash activity including weekly liquidity forecasting, investor capital flows, and investment funding
Coordinate capital activity (calls, distributions, reallocations) with the finance team and external service providers
Review and process management company allocations, fee calculations, and expense activity
Assist in quarterly ASC 820 valuations and documentation including model support, cap table reconciliations, and evidence gathering
Support annual audits and tax filings including workpaper prep, audit PBC tracking, and direct coordination with auditors
Partner with legal, research, investor relations, and operations teams on investor communications, transaction execution, and ad hoc projects
Support technology systems used for fund accounting, investment tracking, and reporting (Dynamo, Scalar, internal tools)
