Role Description
As an Industry Executive Advisor (FoodTech), you will play a critical role in identifying emerging trends, evaluating investment opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships within Altelan’s FoodTech vertical. This role bridges strategic insight with selective operational engagement.
Serving as a trusted industry voice, the Industry Executive Advisor links strategy and execution, offering perspective, access, and pragmatic guidance to help founders scale more effectively. This light touch advisory role is designed for a seasoned leader who brings pattern recognition, relationships, and judgment, and who can engage with Altelan’s portfolio companies and Managing Partner where impact is greatest.
Qualifications
Extensive leadership experience in technology, preferably within FoodTech, or the consumer sector
Strong analytical skills, experience in market research, and industry trend analysis
Proven ability in relationship management with senior industry stakeholders
Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
Passion for innovation in food and beverage sector is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree preferred
