Shift happens; we are supporting those entrepreneurs who drive that change and will shape the future. Out of our three homemarkets Germany, The Netherlands and Sweden we invest with our current €303M fund in multiple European countries. We care: entrepreneurs in who we invested for the second time, portfolio entrepreneurs who invested in our own funds, former employees who came back and so on. Frontline

We invest in and support ambitious entrepreneurs to get them where they want to go, whether at early stages with sights on the US market, or at later stages looking to the potential of Europe. Frontline today is a team of 17 people with a growing portfolio of over 80 exceptional companies across Europe and North America, and an expanding, global, investor base. EXPERTS IN EXPANSION Founders see what the world misses. In fast pursuit of opportunity, you make critical decisions with little certainty. We get it, because we’ve been there. Frontline is the venture firm for globally ambitious B2B companies on both sides of the Atlantic. Frontline Seed speeds up ideas at inception across Europe. Frontline X is a growth-stage fund, for fast and frictionless US-Europe expansion. WE'VE LEARNED IT THE HARD WAY As a team of entrepreneurs, we have built many businesses, many ways. And as a venture fund, we’ve helped tens of founders and CEOs cross the pond. We’ve scaled too – with team members in Dublin, London and San Francisco. Today, our team, LPs and advisors represent senior leadership at many of the world’s most successful B2B companies (Think: Segment, Stripe, Looker, Linkedin, Airtable, Google and Workday – to name a few). Collectively, we can add value when founders need it most – at company defining moments. CAPITAL IS CHEAP Look around; the venture market is drowning in noise. Hundreds of funds and millions of blogposts – all claiming to “add value” left and right. We believe that capital is cheap, and we know that value-add is not made equal. Our focus is clear; we back challengers with global ambition, and we dedicate our time to helping them fly higher – faster. Our experience makes us knowledgeable. Our global network makes us unique. Want more detail or first-hand accounts? we are happy to introduce you to our founders. SYMBIOSIS In nature, the best things work together. We see the landscape ahead and can warn you of the risks, while you stay strong and focused on your goals. Indispensable; that’s how we see our relationship.

Insight Partners

ScaleUps are on the most difficult part of their journey: turning initial viability into exponential growth and long-term success. A decision can mean flight or free fall. That’s where a trusted partner comes in. For over 25 years we’ve partnered with the world’s leading software ScaleUps, providing the capital, operating guidance, and expansive network companies need to propel growth for the long term – and soar. Software From The Start In 1995, we bet on our hunch that software would change the game. We’ve since partnered with hundreds of executives who’ve transformed and shaped industries, changing the way people live and do business. Insight’s approach is straightforward and results-driven. We deploy our three core pillars - scale, focus, and experience - to help companies capture value and generate long-term business success. Focus Insight accelerates revenue and profit in software companies. Our obsession with software has produced a habit of success. We recognize industry patterns, emerging tech markets and software trends. We’ve accumulated the knowledge to understand the strategies needed to win. Scale We have scale. As of February 24, 2022, the closing of the firm’s recent fundraise, Fund XII, brings Insight Partners regulatory assets under management to over $90B. Insight Partners has invested in more than 600 companies worldwide and has seen over 55 portfolio companies achieve an IPO. Our market reach gives executive teams access to networks, customers, resources, data, acquisition targets, and counsel. Our scale provides companies with a platform to win in M&A and organic growth. Experience We’ve seen it all. With over 25 years of operating and investing in software, we know what it takes to build a successful business. Our practitioners geek out over SaaS pattern recognition, building product, executing, and iterating. Executives trust our experience. We're usually a CEO's first call, and we like that. We’re available 24/7 to advise and help. Insight Onsite is the ballast of this commitment. Our growth operators help companies build all core capabilities from product to talent. We dedicate resources and time to advise executive teams, accelerating their ability to sell to new customers, capture opportunity, and realize value. About Our Team Insight’s people are passionate, hungry, committed and smart. We breathe growth, we live scale and we produce success. Our leaders have years of practice investing, growing, and realizing value with some of the most important software companies of our time. We blend investment experience with Onsite’s operational skills to back companies as they scale.

Greenfield Partners

We are an Israel-based investment firm focused on early growth stage technology and tech-enabled businesses. With a dual presence in Tel Aviv and New York, our team fuses investment and operating experience, deep local Israeli roots, and an expansive global network to support entrepreneurs in their quest to build thriving technology companies. Our roots date back to 2016, when we were established by TPG Growth as an investment platform for early growth technology investments in Israel. An independent fund since 2020, our culture remains grounded in this heritage, bringing the rigor and depth of private equity to early growth investing. We continue to serve as Senior Advisors to TPG Growth, and in this context seek opportunities for collaboration on selected large-check, growth stage investments in Israel. We are grounded locally & connected globally Headquartered in Tel Aviv, we take pride in our Israeli roots – and in being natives of our market. But with an equally firm footing in the US and origins from within one of its largest private equity organizations, our DNA is unmistakably American too. We feel at home in both. We are operators & investors We are former entrepreneurs and CEOs with management, operations, and execution experience on one hand; on the other, former investment bankers and private equity professionals with the financial know-how necessary to ‘get under the hood’ and propel results. You have to embrace depth You have to forge deep relationships with entrepreneurs – and with all the stakeholders they will encounter on their growth journey. You have to possess deep knowledge in relevant subject matter, and the experience that comes with having done it before. You have to dive into the details from due diligence to exit.‍ And you have to have to have deep integrity and humility. Because at the end of the day, while we strive to cultivate growth, it’s the company and its leaders actually doing the growing.
