We are looking for a highly motivated Summer Intern to support investor relations, capital formation, and strategic outreach initiatives.
## Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to family offices, HNWIs, and private investors.
- Support investor relations and relationship management efforts.
- Assist with sourcing and maintaining LP databases and CRM systems.
- Research family offices, venture funds, and private capital groups.
- Coordinate investor meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
- Support fundraising materials, market updates, and investor communications.
- Assist with secondary market and late-stage venture deal flow processes.
## Preferred background
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top-tier university.
- Prior experience in finance, venture capital, investment banking, or wealth management.
- Experience in sales, business development, or cold outreach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-directed and proactive.
