The Role
This is a hands-on role requiring candidates to operate independently, execute relentlessly, generate ideas, and own projects end-to-end. Interns will support live investment activity, founder programs, ecosystem initiatives, and internal projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal flow support and opportunity screening
- Market research, competitive analysis, and trend tracking
- Internal memos, dashboards, and portfolio tracking
- Founder-facing and ecosystem initiatives (accelerators, pitch competitions, demo days)
- Process improvement and ad-hoc high-impact projects
- Supporting venture scout global program
Ideal Candidate
Self-starters with 1–2+ prior startup internships or founder experience. Must demonstrate strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and comfort with multiple concurrent workstreams. Past startup or operator experience strongly preferred.
Compensation & Logistics
- Unpaid internship with clear path to a paid return offer (intern or full-time) based on performance
- Remote with optional in-person / hybrid at Sunny Isles Beach office
- Fall 2026 start
