Startup Wise Guys is a global accelerator and venture capital investor founded in Tallinn, Estonia, in 2012. The firm operates its own early-stage fund focused on B2B startups, pairing capital with mentorship, founder peer networks and access to investors. Its stated mission is to help overlooked founders build international companies, with a broader remit of strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems in the regions where it operates.

Investment activity spans specialist verticals including fintech, cybersecurity, SaaS, proptech, sustainability, defence and security, and Web3.
