## The role
Head of Platform. Not an investing role - a builder role. You'll run fund ops, support our GPs, manage LP communications, own our brand, and produce events that bring the consumer startup community together.
We want someone who has built something from scratch - a company, a community, a thing that didn't exist before you made it exist. Someone who finds ambiguity energizing, not paralyzing.
## What we're looking for
- 2-4 years of experience; startup background strongly preferred
- Active in the consumer space
- Exceptional communicator and natural connector
