We are an Israel-based investment firm focused on early growth stage technology and tech-enabled businesses. With a dual presence in Tel Aviv and New York, our team fuses investment and operating experience, deep local Israeli roots, and an expansive global network to support entrepreneurs in their quest to build thriving technology companies. Our roots date back to 2016, when we were established by TPG Growth as an investment platform for early growth technology investments in Israel. An independent fund since 2020, our culture remains grounded in this heritage, bringing the rigor and depth of private equity to early growth investing. We continue to serve as Senior Advisors to TPG Growth, and in this context seek opportunities for collaboration on selected large-check, growth stage investments in Israel. Through the infusion of both capital and our dedicated time, we leverage our funding, extensive experience, and international networks leading portfolio companies to valuable exits. Over the years, we have successfully invested in and led companies across multiple sectors, fostering an open-minded approach. However, we primarily focus on European companies in revenues stage with differentiating intellectual property (IP), and rapid growth. We tend to avoid capital-intensive businesses. Personal compatibility between us, the founders, and co-investors is of great importance to us. Our investment amounts range from approx. 100k to millions of euros. Both of us are actively involved in the investment process and will work closely with you to achieve success. Therefore, the mutual personal compatibility is crucial. A empresa também gere fundos de valor acrescentado/oportunistas nos EUA, um fundo pan-asiático de hotelaria, um fundo europeu de hotelaria e um fundo de acções de crescimento, e também presta serviços para investimentos de crédito e investimentos directos em contas separadas a nível mundial.
