You've built a strong foundation in growth equity, investment banking, private equity, or top-tier consulting. You are highly analytical, fluent in financial modelling, and able to quickly form conviction on what drives outstanding business performance. Here, you'll take full ownership from day one: driving the analysis behind our growth-stage investments and working closely with exceptional founders as they scale their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Drive deal execution: lead financial analysis, valuation, and commercial due diligence
- Own the investment case: draft Investment Committee memos
- Source the next winners: develop sector theses and engage with founders
- Support portfolio companies: work on financial planning and exit preparation
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in growth equity, PE, IB, or strategy consulting
- Advanced financial modelling skills
- Commercial judgment and analytical rigor
- Top academic background with decisive operator mindset
- European tech network and founder presence
