Deal Origination
- Building entrepreneur relationships
- Identifying investment opportunities
- Tracking deal flow in focus areas
Deal Execution
- Conducting due diligence
- Evaluating management teams and markets
- Analyzing capital structures
- Building financial models
- Presenting investment memos
Portfolio Management
- Supporting board governance
- Monitoring milestones
- Facilitating partnerships between portfolio companies
- Providing strategic support
Requirements
- Analytical, humble, and pragmatic attitude
- Technology / startup passion
- Strong academics
- 2–4 years relevant experience (entrepreneurship, M&A, investing, or consulting)
- Flawless English, German language proficiency
- Ideally an existing DACH network
