Red Bull Ventures is seeking an Investment Principal to support investment activities across the full lifecycle, from sourcing to portfolio support. This role sits within Red Bull's corporate venture capital arm, investing in innovative startups with strategic synergies to the Red Bull brand and ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence on potential startup investments
- Build and maintain networks with founders and VCs
- Support portfolio companies through Red Bull synergies
- Implement data-driven investment methods
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of venture capital experience
- University degree in IT/technology or related field
- Excellent English communication skills (German advantageous)
- Passion for innovation and the Red Bull brand
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Domain expertise relevant to Red Bull
Compensation
Minimum collective agreement: €2,535/month gross; actual compensation significantly above minimum based on market rates. Travel: 10–20%.
