We are actively seeking a Corporate Partnerships Associate to focus on expanding, maintaining, and managing our sales pipeline and growing our global customer portfolio. Corporate Partnerships Associates must be personable, professional, and have good sales instincts. The ideal candidate will love making connections, conversing, and selling.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Sales & Outreach
- Proactively identify and outreach to potential partners and leads, including government agencies, accelerators, universities, corporates, and ecosystem organizations
- Manage the full outreach cycle: lead generation, follow-ups, meetings, and relationship nurturing
- Support partnership discussions and help move leads toward signed agreements
- Maintain and update CRM records, tracking outreach activities and pipeline progress
Partnership & Program Promotion
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our programs to different stakeholders
- Represent the organization in calls, meetings, and ecosystem events
- Coordinate with internal teams to tailor program offerings based on partner needs
Marketing & Social Media Support
- Support marketing initiatives to promote our programs and key milestones
- Help manage social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn) to attract startups and partners
- Assist in creating simple content such as posts, announcements, and program updates
- Help drive inbound interest through consistent visibility and messaging
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with program managers and leadership to align sales and marketing efforts
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Management, Business Administration or other related field.
- Previous corporate sales experience (B2B).
- Highly motivated and committed, entrepreneurial sense, strong self-drive, and able to work with a global team in different time zones.
- Team player and with self-initiative.
- Positive and open mindset, energetic, strong willingness to learn and improve.
- Analytical character with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably experience in working with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
