Role description
As an Investment Associate, you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire investment lifecycle - meeting founders, supporting their growth, and contributing to NextGen's investment decisions while developing your own investment perspective.

Requirements
- Current Australian university student graduating end of 2026 or later

- Minimum 10-hour weekly commitment (flexible during exam periods) through end of 2026
- All academic disciplines welcome
