We're looking for a sharp, driven Investment Associate / VP who's ready to take ownership across the full investment lifecycle — from sourcing and diligence to portfolio value creation. You're not just an investor on paper; you've operated in the tech world, understand what it takes to build a company, and bring a first-person mindset to every deal you touch.

You'll work alongside our investment team and portfolio companies to identify high-potential opportunities, lead due diligence, and drive synergies across our triad of enterprise partners, start-ups, and LPs. What you'll do
- Deal scouting & sourcing — Identify, evaluate, and build conviction on investment opportunities aligned with VENTURE+'s thesis
- Due diligence — Lead end-to-end diligence on prospective investments, from market and technology assessment to financial analysis and valuation
- Portfolio management — With a first-person mindset, actively support portfolio companies' growth across operations, BD, and strategy
- Synergy execution — Drive and execute synergies and strategic initiatives within the VENTURE+ ecosystem
- Strategic collaboration — Connect with enterprise partners to build and expand an industry resource pool that benefits portfolio companies
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in VC / CVC technology investment
- 3+ years on the tech operation frontline — as a tech lead, sales, PM, or entrepreneur
- Significant startup and tech industry network
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
