Mission BioCapital (MBC) is a leading biotech venture capital firm investing in a unique global entrepreneurial ecosystem. Since 2009, we have backed, launched, and built dozens of early‑stage life‑science companies and are now investing from our fifth fund. We operate from the San Francisco Bay Area, Cambridge, MA and now Copenhagen, DK, with approximately $500M in assets under management.
Our platform includes collaborative lab spaces that enable us to partner closely with founders early, helping solve critical challenges first and investing in the best opportunities that emerge.
The Role
We are seeking an Investment Associate to join our investment team, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will work across sourcing, diligence, company creation, and portfolio support. The role is hybrid with an expectation of 4 days per week on‑site in our Copenhagen office. · Design and execute data‑driven analyses to assess investment opportunities, technologies, markets, disease areas, and clinical opportunities; develop and interpret machine‑learning and statistical models where appropriate to map emerging companies in our network and support diligence hypotheses.
· Conduct market landscaping, competitive intelligence, and primary/secondary research; translate insights into investable theses.
· Contribute to MBC’s company creation efforts and support portfolio companies (e.g., strategy, business development, recruiting, fundraising, and other operating needs).
· Represent MBC in the entrepreneurial ecosystem; expand our network of founders, operators, academics, and co‑investors.

· Gregarious, outgoing relationship‑builder with a demonstrated ability to network effectively and represent the firm professionally across founder, operator, and investor communities.
