Latin Leap VC is hiring a VC Intern (12-week minimum, start ASAP) to support the firm's internal AI initiatives — building automation, research tools, dashboards, and internal copilots that increase VC productivity.
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing university studies (ideally after fourth semester) with strong interest in AI, machine learning, and emerging tech
- Curious about how AI transforms industries in Latin America
- Experience or coursework in data analysis, prompt engineering, or tech/AI projects
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments (startups, VC, tech labs, student-led initiatives)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, capable of collaborative and independent work
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
Your Tasks
- Support designing and structuring internal AI projects including automation, research tools, dashboards, internal copilots
- Identify opportunities integrating AI across VC workflows: deal flow, portfolio support, internal communication, investment research
- Develop simple prototypes/workflows using no-code or low-code tools (Notion, Zapier, AI assistants)
- Document and present recommendations on increasing VC productivity through AI
