## About the role We're building AI-powered operating systems for venture capital - not just using ChatGPT, but creating automated deal analysis, LP intelligence systems, and content generation workflows that give us unfair advantages. You'll work directly with a Principal to turn strategic concepts into production systems using Python, LLMs, and new architectures. This is a unique opportunity to learn venture capital while building technical infrastructure that shapes how a modern fund operates. After we nail our workflows, you'll help deploy them across our portfolio companies. ## Requirements - 1-3 years experience in a technical role (engineering, technical PM, data analytics, or startup operations) - Python or other scripting language fundamentals with experience writing scripts for data processing and API integrations - Familiarity with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) or willingness to learn quickly - Comfortable working with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and debugging integration issues - Basic understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering concepts - GitHub with actual projects (not just coursework) demonstrating practical problem-solving - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions without hand-holding - Comfortable with ambiguity - we're building new systems, not maintaining established ones ## Benefits - Direct exposure to deal flow and investment conversations at a top seed-stage fund - Ownership over technical systems that matter strategically - not IT support work - Work directly with senior investors who understand and value technical work - Portfolio of AI automation work you can showcase to future employers - Path to deploy systems across portfolio companies as we scale - Competitive compensation with potential opportunities for upside across a multi-strategy firm
