Eleven is a Central and Eastern Europe-focused early-stage venture fund backing ambitious founders. The organization has embedded AI and automation into operations across sourcing, due diligence, event intelligence, LP relations, and portfolio support.
The Role
This paid in-office position involves working with platform and investment teams to design, build, and maintain AI-powered systems for smarter operations, particularly around people intelligence, network data, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build systems for people and network intelligence, including automated contact research, enrichment, and relationship mapping
- Extend data infrastructure through CRM integrations and data flows
- Ship working systems quickly in a non-linear environment
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code
- Understanding of agentic AI patterns: tool use, MCP servers, prompt chaining, multi-step orchestration
- Comfort with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make) and APIs
- Context-switching ability and data literacy
- Self-directed approach
