MPAC (Mercato Partners Acquisition Corporation) is a newly launched SPAC under the Mercato umbrella. The new SPAC is a $200M vehicle.

Investment We arrange investment from Diageo into companies that are scaling fast, as well as those that are just starting out. Our investments to date range from £250k to a pre-launch start-up to over £10 million to fundamentally transform a whiskey business. Expertise & partnering Once an investment is made, the Distill Ventures acceleration team works closely with the founding team to identify areas of focus and help build a solid plan for growth.
