At Inovexus, we are building the future of venture investing and business angel communities. With a network of over 2,000 investors, founders, and mentors across Europe, we are scaling our platform by integrating AI-driven systems, automation, and clean data workflows into every aspect of our operations, from sourcing to deal execution to portfolio support.
This role is central to that mission: as an intern, you will take ownership of automation, operations, and AI-first initiatives that directly shape Inovexus’ next generation of tools and platforms.
Your Role
As our Brand, Community & Marketing Strategy Intern, you will contribute to a portfolio of strategic initiatives designed to increase community engagement and brand impact.
You will work across strategy, execution, and coordination, collaborating directly with top management and external partners.
This is not a support role. You will help design and operationalize how Inovexus engages its ecosystem.
1️⃣ Community Engagement Strategy
Contribute to the design and execution of community engagement initiatives (events, content, onboarding, newsletter and follow-ups).
Support the development of post-event and lifecycle communication to increase retention and participation.
Help structure engagement touchpoints across newsletters, decks, and platform content.
2️⃣ Brand & Messaging Strategy
Translate strategic positioning into clear, consistent messaging across all materials.
Participate in the reworking of key assets (branding kit, culture book, decks) aligned with updated brand strategy.
Ensure consistency across all community-facing touchpoints.
3️⃣ Strategic Marketing & Content Operations
Work on high-impact content (newsletters, decks, onboarding kits) that supports strategic objectives.
Support social and event communication with a strategic lens
4️⃣ Cross-Functional & Agency Coordination
Act as a bridge between leadership, internal teams, and the external design partner.
Consolidate strategic feedback and translate it into actionable deliverables.
Track ongoing initiatives and ensure alignment with broader engagement goals.
You’ll be encouraged to take ownership, challenge the status quo, and ship impactful projects that directly transform how we operate.
Who We're Looking For?
🧠 Strategic & Analytical Mindset
Strong interest in brand strategy, community building, and engagement models.
Ability to connect execution to strategic objectives.
Comfortable thinking in terms of funnels, touchpoints, and user journeys.
🎨 Execution & Coordination Skills
Experience with tools like Notion, Figma, Google Slides, Canva is a must.
Good visual and content sensibility.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
🎓 Background
Master’s student (Bac+4 / Bac+5) in Strategy, Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
Previous exposure to startups, VC, communities, or content-driven environments is a strong plus.
International mindset and comfort working in English.
Languages: Fluent English (C1) required. Other languages are welcome.
