This is an in-person internship based in our Vilnius HQ, with the option to work part-time or full-time alongside your university classes.
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support:
Marketing strategy execution and campaign coordination
Event logistics and communication with founders, partners, and suppliers
Social media content creation and scheduling
Prepping materials: event decks, speaker kits, info packs
Internal initiatives, including team events and marketing ops
Website and newsletter updates
Coordinating swag, visuals, and on-site brand materials

Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Quick learner who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves
Positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership
Interest in venture capital, startups, and/or climate tech
Familiarity with social media tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, Miro) is a bonus
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
Passion for climate technology and sustainability is a big plus
