We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, startups, and the investment ecosystem.
Job Description:
Identify, meet, and screen companies for potential investments (deal sourcing)
Conduct due diligence on early-stage technology companies, including business, financial, and legal aspects
Perform in-depth market research and analysis on technology sub-sectors and competitive landscapes
Develop and propose investment theses and value creation opportunities
Build financial models and conduct valuation analysis for investment decision-making
Assist Principals/VPs/Partners with portfolio management and value creation initiatives
Support in monitoring and analyzing portfolio company performance and KPIs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, VCs, private equity funds, and other ecosystem stakeholders
Contribute to fundraising materials, investment memos, and strategic initiatives
Note: Depending on qualifications and experience, the candidate may be placed in private debt/venture building/fundraising.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields
1–3 years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Top-Tier Consulting (with PE/VC/M&A/Deals focus), or related fields
Strong passion for technology, startups, and the investment ecosystem
Previous experience in startups (founder/operator) is a plus
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with ability to perform valuation and market analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across diverse backgrounds
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
