We're hiring: Investment Analyst — Green Marble
📍 New Delhi (in-office) | Climatetech Venture Capital
Green Marble is an early-stage, engineering-led climatetech fund investing across five themes: energy solutions, alternative materials, manufacturing decarbonisation, agritech, and healthtech. We back founders solving hard technical problems with real-world deployability — and we're building the team to match.
We're looking for an Investment Analyst to join us in South Delhi and work directly across project management, sourcing, diligence, portfolio support, and organisation-building — this role sits close to the Founder's office and touches how the fund itself runs and how the organisation is built.
What you'll do
- ️ Manage multiple project workstreams with a sharp focus on deliverables and timelines
- ️ Source and screen deals across our five focus themes
- ️ Lead and support commercial, technical and financial analysis of pipeline companies
- ️ Build well-articulated investment memos for Investment Committee review
- ️ Track portfolio company performance and support founders post-investment
- ️ Contribute to fund-level work — LP materials, market research, and thematic deep-dives
- ️ Provide full support to the Founder's office, and help manage internal processes across functions like finance and admin — this is a role that grows with the organisation, not just the portfolio
What we're looking for
- ️ 2–5 years of experience in a meritocratic and analytical environment (e.g. corporates, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a closely related field) + strong project management, critical thinking and analytical skills
- ️ Genuine interest in climate, deeptech, or engineering-led businesses — prior exposure to any of our five themes is a plus, not a requirement
- ️ Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team where ownership is high and structure is still being built
- ️ Entrepreneurial mindset, high work ethic, integrity and commitment
- ️ Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi; this is an in-office role in South Delhi
