We back exceptional founders with a strong, product-oriented mindset who are building large, sustainable businesses. Our focus is early-stage technology companies, especially those operating as data businesses or creating a distinctive data asset through their core activities. We look for ways that data can become a source of additional value, whether through a product developed by the company or through licensing to an external partner.

We invest primarily in companies in the New York City area, with investments ranging from $25,000 to $150,000. Our role is intended to extend beyond providing capital: we bring firsthand entrepreneurial experience, a broad business network, and practical strategic and tactical guidance. We work alongside founders to help them reach important milestones, strengthen their products and teams, and build the capabilities needed for sustainable growth.
